Urgent Care

The most common way we handle urgent care problems is by doing an Urgent Care Drop Off. 

The process starts with the receptionist scheduling a time for you to bring your pet in. When you arrive, you will fill out a drop off form and be checked in by one of the technicians. Your pet will then hang out at the clinic for a portion of the day while they are examined and having diagnostic work done. 

Exams and communications for drop offs are worked in throughout the day between scheduled appointments, so we often do not know an exact time as to when the Doctor will be reaching out with exam results and next steps. The Doctor will reach out by phone, so we ask that you do not drop into the office as it is often not possible for her to meet in person for these discussions until the end of the day.
